The Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce volunteers and staff hosted its signature event “The Unity of the Community” on February 25th at the Plaza Event Center in Longmont. This event is the largest free networking opportunity in Northern Colorado and was open to everyone! The Unity draws over 1,000 people including elected officials, candidates, municipalities, business and non-profit leaders. As always this was a great opportunity to network and communicate with hundreds of people in one place at one time.
This year the fiddling group from Silver Creek High School directed by Paul Trapkus created a lively, upbeat atmosphere through their music. It was an evening dedicated to building relationships between everyone who lives, works, and plays in and around the Longmont area.
